 with questions or requests for Tours or Farm Stays.

We work hard to make sure you have the best Experience ever, so to help us prepare, please provide the following:

​

• How many Adults and Kids age 10+

• How many Kids ages 2-9 (so we can prep for the chocolate-making and age-appropriate fun packs).

• If anyone in your party has a nut or dairy allergy, please let us know when you arrive.

• If anyone in your party needs extra assistance, please let us know and we will work to make everyone comfortable.

 

PRIVATE TOURS AND UNSCHEDULED DATES;

If you have a group with 8+ adults, we will try to schedule a private tour.

• We are sometimes able to schedule a separate date and/or time for groups of 8+ adults/kids age 10+. Call 1.808.895.6600 to schedule.

​

• If you are do not wish to make an online payment or if you want to pay in cash, you may pay when you arrive, but please message us with your date beforehand so we can adjust availability.

CANCELATIONS:

If you have to cancel, please DO let us know within 1 day or as soon as possible in unforeseen circumstances, so we can know how

much chocolate we need to prepare.
